If you do not have a fiscal representative looking after your tax affairs in Spain, it is likely that you will need to pay a visit to your local tax office to obtain the forms for your tax return. The main office of the Agencia Tributaria is situated in Granada.
Spanish Wills
Spaniards are restricted by stringent laws governing compulsory heirs. If you are a British National, resident in Spain, you are permitted to dispose of your Spanish assets according to UK law, providing of course, you have a valid Spanish Will.
