La Almazara, a Spanish restaurant situated in the Costa Tropical town of Almuńécar, in the province of Granada, offers clients superbly traditional Andalusian cuisine in a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. La Almazara, run by Jörgen and Sandra, is quoted as being ‘probably the most tastefully decorated restaurant in the area’ and it doesn’t disappoint. The seating area is deliberately intimate; thus it lends itself to a fine dining experience. Open for lunch and dinner every day except Wednesdays, we also take bookings for private parties and business lunches, offering a variety of set menus to suit all tastes and budgets. Using only the finest, natural ingredients, our meat specialities include stews, game and Iberian sausages, all cooked in the best quality extra virgin olive oils. Our extensive menu delights fish lovers with shellfish and locally caught produce, and for those who enjoy Scandinavian food, we offer a range of Scandinavian specialities. To accompany your meal our well stocked wine cellar contains a large selection of quality Crianza, Reserva and Gran Reserva red wines from Spain's best regions, including Ribera del Duero, Rioja, Somontano and Penedés.
